How to Help
Adopt or Sponsor a Bunny

All our Residents are available for sponsorship and every one would appreciate anything you could do for them. Most require ongoing medical treatment that can get quite expensive. If you would like to sponsor one or more of our bunnies, please contact us via email. You can sponsor one just because their story has touched your heart... or maybe in honor of a special pet that has crossed the Bridge.
We ask for a $20/year minimum donation to sponsor a bunny although any amount you can give above this is appreciated.
Donate Money & Supplies
If you would like, you can donate money and designate it to go towards the cottontails that we treat and rehabilitate ("Cottontail Fund"). You can also donate money to go towards the rescue in general.
We are also in need of the following basic supplies which run out quickly such as:
- Carefresh bedding
- litter boxes
- exercise pens
- small animal water bottles
- bleach
- trash bags
- rubber gloves
- cleaning brushes
Giftcards to Petco, Petsmart, or WalMart are also extremely helpful.
Our most pressing need is for medical supplies. We can always use:
- Lactated Ringer's solution
- administration sets
- parasite control meds such as Revolution and Ivermectin
- Oxbow Critical Care
- papaya tablets
And for anyone in the vetrinary profession, we would love to have a microscope and an exam table if you have/could get one. We can also use many drugs and supplies that are a little out of date. We make every effort to use everything we can in helping these bunnies.
Important Note:
At this time, we are not a tax exempt shelter, so although 100% of your donation will go towards helping the rabbits, donations are not tax deductible. We are in the process of applying for non-profit status and we will be applying for tax exempt status in early 2007. Once we are granted tax exemption we will accept PayPal donations from this site.
