Samantha

This is Samantha, a.k.a. Sammy or "Little Bit". She was "rescued" from a questionable pet store in North Myrtle Beach, SC. She had been bitten by some other rabbits. She had a hole in her scalp that was infected and an eye infection.  The workers there insisted there was no problem.  Bites from other rabbits are notorious for getting infected.  It was somewhat challenging to treat this infection since she is so young and small.  She weighed only 12 ounces coming into rescue.  She has completely recovered.  She loves hay...but has not had any veggies yet.  She begs for attention.  She is our smallest bunny.
